Geo Underwriting is pleased to announce a series of key appointments reflecting the business’s continued momentum and position the organisation for the next stage of its strategic journey.

Kate Bush and Neill Johnstone have been promoted to Trading Directors, joining Geo’s senior management team. Neill will oversee the Protection, Property, and Casualty portfolios, while Kate will continue to lead the Agriculture division and expand her remit to include Marine and Mid Net Worth, deepening their sector expertise.

Both appointments are internal promotions. Kate previously served as Head of Agriculture, and Neill held dual roles as Head of Protection and Managing Director of Lorega. Their extensive experience and forward-thinking leadership will be instrumental in driving trading performance across Geo’s specialist lines.

To support Geo’s technology transformation, Swati Chopra joins as Technology Director, and Gavin Pumford has been promoted to Digital and Change Director, spearheading the evolution of Geo’s trading platforms and digital capabilities.

In addition, Graham Clark, formerly Head of Navigators & General, has been appointed Commercial Director, supporting strategic initiatives as Geo continues to expand its proposition.
