Competition terms and conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all brokers who get a quote via Geo’s Specialty portal on the sports, leisure or entertainment products. Brokers must be UK residents aged 18 years or over.
2. To enter the draw, the quote must be placed during the competition period. Each unique quote will be entered into the draw once. There is no limit to the number of unique quotes a broker can present for the prize draw.
3. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind. 
4. There will be one winner chosen each month from quotes submitted between 28^th July 2025 to 31^st August and another from 1^st September to 3^rd October 2025.
5. The prizes available can be chosen by the winner up to a value of £100 – either a replica kit from a sport/team of the winners choice subject to availability, or theatre vouchers.
6. The winners will be notified by telephone or email within 7 days of the winner being selected for each month and must provide an email address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
7. The prize will be arranged with winners by email within 14 days of being notified of their win.
8. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prizes with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
10. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
11. The winners’ names and county can be obtained by sending an email to marketing.team@geounderwriting.com within 21 days after the date of the closing date of the prize draw.
12. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
14. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
15. Winners may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
16. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion may be passed on to third party suppliers only insofar as required for fulfilment/delivery/arrangement of the prize.
17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
