Geo Private Clients transfers to Midas

As of the 1st July 2022 the Geo Private Clients business of Geo Underwriting Services Limited (FCA No. 308400) has transferred its trade and assets into the legal entity of Midas Underwriting Limited (FCA No. 303525) and now trades as “Midas Underwriting Limited t/a Geo Private Clients”.

Midas Underwriting Limited is a specialist MGA within the Ardonagh Group of companies and this transfer will merge two assets with complementary product offerings. Current employees and operational capabilities will remain and we envisage minimal impact to our existing operational arrangements.
